- Peel, wash potatoes and peas. Cut potatoes into cubes.
- In a pot of boiling salted water, cook over medium heat, cubes of potatoes and peas for 15 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Soak the rice noodles in warm salt water for 10 minutes. Drain.
- Make the sauce mayonnaise.
- Cut 4 hearts of palm into rounds.
- Peel tomatoes and cut into pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the pieces of potatoes, tomatoes, hearts of palm, peas, shoots soy sauce and mayonnaise.
- Serve on individual plates, have a layer of rice vermicelli and other ingredients. Garnish with a heart of palm and fourth egg drive.
