INGREDIENTS |

- 8 eggs
- 1/2verre tea milk
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- White turkey
- Some black olives
- 100g grated Parmesan
- 4 tablespoons oil
- A little butter
- Salt and pepper

- Wash and peel tomatoes, cut them into small cubes, make them cook in a skillet with 2 tablespoons oil, salt and pepper, allow to reduce total water evaporation.
- Peel and finely mince the onion, making them melt in a pan with 2cuillerées tablespoons oil, salt and pepper.
- Cut the white turkey into strips.
- Beat the eggs and milk with an electric whisk until the mixture becomes much sparkling salt and pepper.
- Pour beaten eggs in a buttered skillet and cook over medium heat, reducing the edges of the omelet in the middle as cooking, shaking the pan so the egg does not attach until the 'Omelet is completely taken, spread melted onion, diced tomato, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and decorate with strips of white turkey and black olives.
- Cook 4 minutes under the broiler of the oven.
- Serve hot.
