- Make a sauce by mixing milk, cream, chopped parsley, salt and pepper, let reduce over low heat.
- Wash and peel potatoes, cut them into cubes, put them in a pan of salted water, bring to boil, cook for 20 minutes, drain them in a colander then return them in a skillet with 2 tablespoons oil until golden.
- Cut sausages into thin strips, making them brown on both sides in a skillet anti adhesive.
- Cut the mushrooms in half and make them return to a skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Mix in salad cubes of potatoes golden, golden slices of sausage and half golden mushrooms, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
- Put the salad on a serving platter and pour sauce over cream serve immediately.
