INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 6

- 500g carrots

- 500g potatoes

- 1 box mushrooms (150g)

- 1 onion, minced

- 35g butter

- 15cl cream

- 1litre chicken broth

- 1 Knorr cube

- 1 bouquet garni

- Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 60 mn

- Wash and peel the carrots, cut them into cubes.

- Wash and peel potatoes, cut them into cubes.

- Cut the mushrooms in half.

- Melt butter in a large pot and make it steaming onion sliced and diced carrots for 5 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon, add the cubed potatoes, chicken broth very hot, cube knorr and bouquet garni and cook for 30 minutes until the vegetables are cooked, remove the bouquet garni.

- Skip preparation for the mill to extract a vegetable soup smooth, repay it in a pan, add the cream, half-fungus, let reduce to simmer for 8 minutes.

- Serve in a soup bowl, hot taste.
