INGREDIENTS |

- 1 can white beans
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion, chopped
- Parsley, chopped
Vinaigrette sauce
- 2c.à.s vinegar
- 3c.à.s oil
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch of salt |

- Wash, peel potatoes, cut into cubes.
- Wash and peel the carrots, évider and cut into cubes.
- In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the diced potatoes and carrots for 20 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Prepare the vinaigrette sauce. In a large bowl place the salt, pepper. Add the vinegar and oil, beat the whisk vigorously until it turns white.
- Mix in a bowl pieces of potatoes and carrots, white beans, chopped onion, chopped parsley, tomato peeled and cut into cubes, sauce dressing.
Serve immediately
