INGREDIENTS

- A bowl of rice

- Black olives

- 6 gambasses (shrimp)

- A box of Macedonia

- A box of hearts of palm

- A box maize

- A can of tuna

- A box of pineapple confiscated

- A box leech (optional)

- Ketchup

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 20 mn

1 - wash the rice, put it in a pot which there is boiled water and let it boil 10 minutes and then go to the colander and book it.

2 - Wash well gambasse, remove the shells and boil for 6 minutes until they are white rose.

Cut into pieces.

3-cut sliced hearts of palm, pineapple chunks and pass the macedonia in colander.

4 - Prepare the sauce: add gradually ketchup + syrup pineapple candied + taste. When mayonnaise and the taste is balanced sauce is ready.

5 - in a dish (here oval) put the rice in the form of flat amid you form a fountain and the file Macedonia and the sides around you put the heart s palm pieces gambasse, pineapple, maize leech and olives and made a tour of tuna as in the image.
