INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 6

- 1kg apples

- 80cl syrup to 16 ° B

- Juice of one lemon

- 1c.à.s strawberry liqueur

- 200g sugar meal

- 200g cream

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 30 mn

- Wash, peel and dénoyauter apples. Cut into pieces.

- Pocher pieces of apples in syrup. Cook slowly over 10min. drain and mix with lemon juice and strawberry liqueur.

- Prepare the whipped cream:

- Add sugar to the cream.

- Whip with an electric mixer giving rotary motion for 15min.

- Incorporate the mixture of apples gently to the whipped cream.

- To mould. Smooth.

- Book in the freezer for 4 hours.

- Decorate with whipped cream and caramel sauce. Serve immediately.
