INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 4

- 1 small bowl of rice

- Mayonnaise

- 2 cucumbers

- 2 tomatoes

- 2 carrots

- 2 potatoes

- 1 egg

- Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 30 mn

- Wash rice and drain well, put them in a pot salted water, rice, cook 15 minutes over low heat without stirring, drain and cool.

- Put the rice in a large bowl, combine it with mayonnaise sauce.

- Wash and peel the carrots then shredded them with a rasp to large holes.

- Wash and peel the cucumbers, shredded them with a rasp to large holes.

- Wash and peel the tomatoes and cut them in line with the length.

- Wash and peel potatoes and cut into cubes of equal size, put them in a pan of salted water, cook 15 to 20 minutes until they are cooked, drain them.

- Put them in a bowl and stir them to the mayonnaise sauce.

- Put the egg in a pan of boiling water, cook 10 minutes, let cool, remove the shell, and grate it with a rasp to large holes.

- In a serving dish, put the rice then have grated vegetables and tomatoes decoration on the sides of rice, put rice on top of potatoes and grated egg, salt, pepper.
