INGREDIENTS |

- 250g rice
- Cheese 100g red diced
- 1 can corn kernels
- 1 can mushroom
- 1 can of drained tuna
- 1 carrot, diced
- 3 pickles sliced
- 5cās mayonnaise
- 2cās olive oil
- 1cāc mustard
- Salt and pepper |

| TIME OF PREPARATION : 20 mn |
- Put in a pot of boiling salted water rice and chunks of carrot, cook 20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- Put in a bowl rice, chunks of carrots, pickles, sliced mushrooms, tuna, corn, mayonnaise, mustard, red cheese, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients, add olive oil.
- Serve cool.
