INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 3

- 250g of macaroni

- 100g of peas

- 1 tomato

- 150g of corn

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

- Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 10 mn



- Cook the macaroni in a large pot of boiling salted water, drain in a colander.

- Dip tomatoes 2 minutes in boiling water, remove it, then peel and seed, and cut it into cubes.

- Shell peas, plunge them 5 minutes in boiling salted water, drain them.

- Cut the white turkey into strips.

- In a bowl, put the macaroni, diced tomato, peas, strips of turkey, mayonnaise, corn, salt and pepper, mix well.

- Serve cool.
