1. Cook potatoes with the skin in salted boiling water (25-30 minutes, depending on the size potatoes). Let cool and place in refrigerator overnight;
2. Cook the eggs to the hull with carrots. Cool;
3. Peel the potatoes, cut into 1cm cubes x 1cm;
4. At the robot, coarsely chop carrots into pieces, onion, eggs, pickles and ham;
5. In a large bowl, place the potatoes, add the mixture robot and finalize with mayonnaise. Mix well.
Note: You can serve this dish input, accompanying with scallops or a good steak or just a salad.
